About the event
Jennifer Swetland will cover practical steps to take to protect yourself and your personal information online. With a focus on privacy and security, she will review things to watch out for as more aspects of our lives migrate onto the internet. Finally, she will review the most common types of scams and fraud that are often targeted through email, phone calls, and phone apps.
Jennifer is involved with Senior Outreach Services in Lancaster and is a board member of Penn Square Opera. She served as a Lancaster Chamber of Commerce Discovering Paths mentor for local high school students.
Stephanie Yarberough, owner & founder of Next Steps Insurance, will cover ways to reduce the amount of robocalls you are receiving and how to make a difference in reporting these unsolicited calls to the correct authorities.
