Stephanie Yarberough
Stephanie has specialized in Medicare and retirement transitions for more than a decade. She has built Next Steps Health & Wealth from the ground up to over 1400 lives insured, all while continuing to stay very involved with client meetings and communication. She likes the relationship side of the work and specializes in bringing clarity to a confusing stage of life with simple language. Because she isn't driven by numbers or quotas from a corporate office, her approach stays relaxed and non-pressuring. She lives in Lancaster County with her husband and is the proud mother of three sons. Outside of work she's usually with friends, in the garden, or paddleboarding. Her faith matters a great deal to her.

Jo Scheidt
Jo is licensed in Health, Accident and Life Insurance and has spent most of her career in insurance and finance. Clients tend to mention two things about her: she's patient, and she explains things until they actually make sense.
She's been married to Bill for over thirty years, is mother to two grown daughters, and "Grammy" to two granddaughters. She and Bill live in Lancaster County with the best dog ever, Junie. Summer is her season — writing, meeting friends at cafes, and serving at Ephrata Community Church.

Brian Patterson
As our Operations Coordinator, Brian Patterson is the organizational heart of our office. He expertly manages the behind-the-scenes logistics that keep everything running smoothly from admin to systems and is typically the first friendly voice you’ll hear on the phone. Brian also films and produces all of the video work for the agency. Basically the office would not survive without him!
Outside the office, Brian enjoys his time with Emily, his wife of eighteen years, and their twelve-year-old daughter. His ideal weekends involve family board game nights and cheering on his favorite Philadelphia sports teams.
